It can output up to 1, 000 chapatis per hour, and size, thickness, and weight consistency are maintained to the dot. The exact dimensions of each chapati are a 6, inch diameter, 4mm thickness, and 70 grams in weight. Thanks to the advanced three, layer baking technology, the chapatis get baked evenly and come out of superior quality. All surfaces that touch food consist of SS 304 stainless steel and carry a ceramic layer for maximum hygiene, strength plus long service life. The frame is also stainless steel - the unit weighs 380 kg and measures 2.2 ft × 5.2 ft × 4.5 ft - it fits on a factory floor. It operates from a single phase 220 V supply. Two 0.5 HP motors but also 2500 W heating elements work with either LPG or PNG gas. The gas consumption is very efficient, being just 2.5 kg per hour. To provide safety, the machine is fitted with an automatic cut, off valve system, while 4, inch castor wheels enable easy mobility and positioning.
